Free Yoga, Sleep & Meditation Music From Moby

Moby is a long-time renowned electronic musician. He also happens to be an active yoga and meditation practitioner. Recently, he created an 11-part series of “really really really quiet music.” Lucky for us, the American DJ and producer decided to give the 4 hours of music away entirely free. It’s called Long Ambients 1: Calm. Sleep.

Moby suggests listening to the album for yoga or sleep. It’s pretty calm stuff – no drums or vocals, so we recommend using it for meditation, too. Maybe even try syncing it with a RethinkCare session on your computer.

Download Long Ambients 1: Calm. Sleep. by Moby or stream it on Spotify below. The title suggests there will be more to come. Thanks, Moby!
