Flow, AKA “being in the zone”, is the peak performance state where you feel and perform your best. People in a flow state experience heightened creativity, increased performance and accelerated problem solving. You see this happen often in sports, art, music and the work projects you’re most passionate about.

Flow is available to us anytime – even at the office. In fact, when immersed in it, we crank out work, really good work. In a 10-year McKinsey study, top executives reported being five times more productive in flow.

In this webcast, you’ll learn the science behind flow, ways to find more of it at your desk and be one step closer to being the newly crowned office champion.
