Mr. Pizza joined Rethink in March 2025 with over 30 years of sales leadership experience, and a deep specialization in the healthcare and corporate benefits industry.

Most recently, John served as Regional Vice President of Sales for Personify Health (formerly Virgin Pulse), a leading healthcare technology provider. Throughout his career, he has led high-performing sales teams, driven significant revenue growth, and worked across diverse healthcare businesses, including healthcare technology, health plans and large consulting firms. John has also held key sales leadership positions at Castlight & Wellright and served as a Principal Consultant at Mercer within the Administration and Health Management Practices.
