David Westfall leads our Client Success and Engagement Strategies teams. David's leadership spans both client success as well as overall innovation and strategy. He has extensive experience in building innovative teams that bring value to clients. Prior to Rethink, David created and led the new product organizations at Quantum Health. And prior to Quantum Health, David held roles in consulting, product, IT and innovation at Alight where he led various efforts around direct client support, product innovation, and technology innovation.
