Our Story
RethinkFirst was founded in 2007 with a simple goal of providing scalable autism treatment tools and caregiver support to an underserved population in need.
In 2014, Rethink launched its employer solution, RethinkCare (formerly known as Rethink Benefits), and enterprise organizations across the US started to take note of the incredible tools and e-learning content available to support working parents and caregivers of developmentally challenged children.
Today, the RethinkCare platform has expanded to holistically support all working parents, caregivers, and their families. RethinkCare offers three award-winning solutions to support employees in all aspects of their life, from work to home and everything in between. Our innovative solutions leverage evidence-based and clinically validated approaches to enable employees to be healthier, happier, and more successful in all areas of life.
